Wednesday Message for December 6, 2017

A brief connection to God’s Spirit in the middle of the week.

Wednesday Message 12-6-17
Wednesday Greetings,

How far would you go?

Mary and Joseph traveled from Nazareth. The Shepherds came in from the fields. The Magi arrived from lands far to the east.

And they all gathered to meet Jesus, to know God through him.

Most of us reading this blog are already believers. We have known this Christmas story throughout our lives. We are used to it.

And sometimes being used to something causes us to miss the depth of its meaning.

The life of Mary and Joseph changed forever. The Shepherds went home rejoicing. The Magi went home another way.

They were all changed by meeting Jesus.

You?

Don’t let this be just another Christmas. How far are you willing to go to be changed?

Peace in our journeys,
Pastor Steve Melde
