Wednesday Message for April 12, 2017

A brief connection to God’s Spirit in the middle of the week.

Wednesday Message 4-12-17
Wednesday Greetings,
See, from His head, His hands, His feet,
Sorrow and Love flow mingled down;
Did e’re such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown?

These words from the hymn, “When I Survey The Wondrous Cross,” are always the words I spend most of my Holy Week pondering.  We are in the midst of the week where God becomes incredibly vulnerable with us, and shows us God’s life-giving grace.
May these words sink deep into your life, that you may know how much God really does love you, and how that love changes everything!

Peace in our journeys,
Pastor Steve Melde
Wherever you are, these are important words to honor and celebrate in worship.  I really do encourage you to worship on Resurrection Sunday wherever you are in a local congregation, on-line with us, or with us at CPC in Tucson.
